We offer three Denplan products
Denplan Care
A monthly payment based on the condition of your mouth and any possible future treatment. All dental treatment is covered , except any laboratory bills and any cosmetic work. A very cost effective plan which ensures that you will always be covered for any possible dental incident. No more large dental bills.
Denplan Essentials
A monthly payment for those patients who generally have good teeth and gums. Payment covers two visits a year to the dentist and includes cleaning with the dentist and any necessary X-rays. Any treatment will be charged for on the private fee scale but patients on Essentials benefit from a 15% discount.
Plans for children
A monthly payment plan based on age of patient. Important for those formative years when problems can be picked up early and dealt with. Unlimited visits a year and covers all check ups and treatment. Allows parents the peace of mind that the oral health of their children is being continually monitored.

Denplan Excel
Andrew Hong was the first dentist in Shepway to be accredited to Denplan Excel.It is the U.K.’s only fully validated quality assurance programme designed especially for primary dental care. The cornerstones of the programme are :
- Clinical Quality The Oral health score demonstrates the completion of a full record of clinical assessment. Regular 18 month peer review by trained consultants gives assurance that practising standards are maintained.
- Communication and patient care Regular patient survey enables us to identify strengths and any weaknesses in our care.
- Compliance Denplan Excel is recognised by the Care Quality Commission in England as a proxy indicator of quality. The peer-reviewed practice assessment gives a clear indication of conformity and demonstrates an externally validated review of all policies and protocols..
